    Pals Piesporter 2005

My dad and I just got back from a wonderful afternoon at Sorelli's From The Vine in Fountain Hills, AZ.
We had a wonderful time bottling up our wine with the owners. Everybody over there is great!! They seem to have an endless supply of energy. But that may come from the wonderful stovetop espresso that they make all the time.

As a gift to my dad, we went and made some of our own wine. With the help of the guys at Sorelli's of course.
We chose a German Piesporter which tends to be a semi-sweet wine. A great middle ground white wine. Not too dry and not too sweet at all.
Here's a little of what went on this afternoon...

    And here's the finished product!!!
If you are lucky enough you may be invited to try some of this wonderful refreshing wine.!!
    Cheers to all!!

    Hi
I just finished viewing your blog and all I can say is WOW! You are an amazing photographer, and it is quite apparent that you truly enjoy your work.

It was our pleasure to host your winemaking and bottling event, and are thrilled that you and your Dad had a great time.

    Take care and Salute
Your friends at Sorelli's from the Vine

Wow, what a great thing to do. I wish some wineries around here did that. Well, maybe they do and I just don't know about it. Guess I need to google search and see what I come up with. Great pictures of the process. It made me think I was there with you. :-) It certainly makes me want to do this sometime.
