    The Happy Chef

    I can't believe that the weekend is already ending. We had a great time hanging out with family.

    Right now we're at the Happy Chef Restaurant which has a huge statue out front which my dad remembers coming to as a child. We're traveling back to Minneapolis right now to catch our flight later tonight.

    I remember that silly guy when I was a kid too! We stopped there many times with your Great grandma and grandpa Pals on the way to Minneapolis from Orange City.
    It is an ICON and I think of my mom and dad everytime we pass by.
