My Birthday

I celebrated my birthday on Saturday night with a bunch of family and friends. We had a great time!!
Dinner was at Oreganos, one of my favorite restaurants for great thin crust Pizza.

Pictage User Group

Last week we launched the Pictage User Group, PUG for short.
This group is for all photographers who want to learn and share information and techniques. I'm really excited about this group and I hope that it will help eliminate some of the stigma that the photography industry has had as far as 'trade secrets' and competition.

Community is such a great thing and I hope that this community will help create new friendships and new ideas within the industry.

After the group I went out with Sara France and Jeff Jochum who were in town from Cali to launch the group. Sara is a photographer who works part-time for pictage and Jeff is the guy leading up the marketing/sales at Pictage. He's a marketing genius and I had a great time hearing about some of the new products that Pictage has coming.

Thanks to a Friend

Thanks to my good friend Jeff Newton I finally have a few good shots to use for my website!
Jeff told me to drop into his studio the other day for a quick session. I was pumped that he had enough time to even think about doing this for me. Seriously, this guy is so busy and is such a hard worker. He takes some amazing shots for magazine covers and articles. Recently he's been shooting the ad campaign for the Phoenix Film Festival. Congrats Jeff and thanks for these great shots!!

Finishing up 2005

Wow...I'm still trying to play catch up from December.
I'm FINALLY updating my blog!! Yay! I know a number of you have been waiting for a while.

I want to highlight a few awesome things that happened at the end of the year.

On Thursday the 29th of December I was able to join Kim Jarman of Michelle Allen Photography for Karen and Vince's wedding. It was beautiful!! The reception was at the Four Seasons Resort at Troon North.
It was so much fun spending the day with Kim and Jamie her husband and Karen and Vince!















I also had a great time on New Year's Eve shooting Nicole and Graham's wedding with David Jay and Ken Krehbiel! We all had a wonderful time!
David, thanks so much for inviting Ken and I!!

Nicole and Graham, thanks for inviting us into your celebration as if we were family!!! I always feel blessed to be included in all of the fun!


















Seriously this was the BEST New Year's celebration that I've ever been a part of!!! Thanks so much!!
