A beautiful steam engine was chugging down the Gilbert rail line in celebration of Arizona’s upcoming Centennial celebration! It was a pretty amazing sight to see.

In town holding Tour de Fat at the Tempe Beach Park. The biking and beer event helped raise money for local biking groups. It was a lot of fun an we saw some crazy things.

The funniest thing all day was these two guys. The guy on the back was cooking hotdogs and burgers on a mini grill and the guy in the front was biking and serving the condiments. You would bike up and hold out your hand to pick up your order while everyone was biking.

Pumpkin Porter has been released early this year by Four Peaks Brewery. It’s wonderfully tasty and unlike any other pumpkin beers I have ever had. It is a full bodied porter with a wonderful spice and slight pumpkin flavor.

Lux Coffeebar has now moved
Next door to it’s old location and has now become a true bar with wine and mixed drinks. Great looking place that is always busy.
